We haven't shared any more quotes about the Tao of Healing lately, although there is a whole series of them on this site, linked here. However, this one, by 13th century Persian mystic philosopher Rumi, while not strictly "about" healing -- nevertheless speaks directly to the change in "vision" that's necessary in order to rise above the discouragement and defeat that sickness or disorder can imply.
There's a famous Einstein quote that (paraphrased) says no problem can be solved at the same level at which it was created; it always needs a view ones step higher. This quote from Rumi reinforces Einstein's point, but I choose to look at it as how to view illness and health...
"Are you searching for your soul? Then come out of your own prison. Leave the little stream and join the river that flows to the ocean. Like an ox, don't pull the wheel of this world on your back. Take off the burden. Whirl and circle. Rise above the wheel of the world. There is another view." -- Rumi
