The Washington Post announces today that the Dole-Shalala commission which has been evaluating the convoluted mess of veterans' care in the U.S. has come up with its finding, and will be pressing President Bush for a response. The article detailing the commission's important findings is here. Fellow blogger Larry Scott, at VAWatchdog.Org, has a copy of the draft version of the commission's findings, which surely would make interesting reading as well. Here's a link to the downloadable version of the PDF on his site. If you want to learn more about the actual commission, read the report at its site, and/or watch the video on YouTube, here's the link to the commission itself.
